My name is Rebekah Mulford, I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years.
In 2009 I completed my 200 hr RYT from Marianne Wells Yoga school and my prenatal training with Yogafit in 2011.
I currently have over 2000 hours of teaching logged. Through my love of yoga I hope to inspire those who attend class to be more creative, loving and open. To explore not only the physical side of yoga, but to experience all the benefits of a yoga practice.
A 200 hr RYT with Yoga Alliance, Patti first tried yoga 25 years ago to complement her running.
It wasn’t until 2014 when an injury sidelined her running and she discovered hot power vinyasa.
Originally enjoying it for the physical benefits, Patti quickly embraced the mental and spiritual
aspects of yoga. Patti is passionate about providing both a physically and mentally challenging
class, and encourages her students to let their breath be their guide and find their flow.
In spring of 2018 she became certified in Baptiste style vinyasa with the Upaya School of Yoga
Arts and is also certified in Pyropilates.
I began actively practicing yoga two years ago and quickly realized that I wanted to learn more, and that teaching was something I wanted to pursue. I graduated yoga teacher training in September 2019 through True Yoga LLC. What I most love about yoga is the accessibility it offers for all levels, and teaching others the importance of being good to the bodies we were given- mentally and physically. Aside from yoga, I enjoy crafting, reading, and a good cup of coffee. I look forward to every opportunity I have to share my love of yoga; it’s a joy and an honor.

Danna took her first Yoga class in 2010 and began her road to self discovery. For her Yoga is not necessarily about the power of the physical movements, it’s more about finding and connecting with your authentic self. Through her Yoga practice Danna has been able to embrace a deeper sense of inner peace and harmony. Her personal philosophy is that yoga is for everybody. It’s not just for the young, athletic and super flexible. She loves working with beginners and strives to help them feel confident enough to embark on their own Yoga journey and is also very comfortable teaching to students looking for a challenge.
Her classes and events are a mix of asana, pranayama and meditation, combined with a little fun and sass.
With more than 1,000 teaching hours Danna is also a certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist and a certified Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. She has advanced studies in Yin Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, Reiki 2 and Medicinal Aromatherapy and will complete her RYT500 with focus on Yoga Therapeutics in December of 2019.

Her approach with yoga embodies self love and body positivity in a fun and relaxed environment. Through movement and breath she will give you tools to carry off the mat and into your life.
With much excitement in April 2019, Barbara Treadway completed her Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga training at Fitness Yoga Studio in Mullica Hill, NJ, and is now a RYT 200-hour yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Her greatest goal and desire is to express her love of yoga with others in her community through shared practice. While teaching yoga is her most recent endeavor, Barbara has been an English teacher in the local community since 2001. She has a bachelor's degree in English and Education from Rowan University and a master's degree in Education/Language Arts from Widener University. While teaching English to students is a fulfilling career, teaching yoga is her passion today. When not studying yoga, Barbara also enjoys going to the gym, riding her bicycle, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

It wasn’t long after realize the amazing benefits of yoga, that Katy decided to enroll in a teacher training program. She graduated from Fitness Yoga Studios in 2014 with a deeper understanding of poses, philosophy, and history. Teaching and learning yoga was a perfect compliment to her degree in Exercise Science. Lauren has been practicing yoga for 15 years. She began doing yoga as an alternative to traditional gym-type exercise and competitive sports and soon found that it also proved beneficial to her mental well being. She suffered multiple spinal injuries over the past decade and struggling with recovery she used yoga to help strengthen her core and back, and to prevent future injuries. Having a consistent practice for the past several years, and finally having the means, she fulfilled a decade long goal of becoming a yoga instructor. In March 2019 she became a Yoga Alliance certified instructor (RYT 200), trained in the vinyasa/baptiste style. She is looking forward to completing additional training in the future.
An avid proponent of health and fitness, Nicole stepped into her first barre class and fell in love with the combination of positive energy and the non-impact, full body workout. Nicole’s love for yoga began when she realized the mind/body connection the practice has to offer, as well as the improved flexibility and increased muscle strength. Wanting to bring her love for barre and yoga to others, Nicole completed Tulaa’s Barre Teacher Training in 2018 and completed True Yoga’s Yoga Teacher Training - RYT 200 in 2019. Nicole looks forward to bringing her passion to others and hopes to do so by bringing encouragement to all fitness levels and by motivating students to challenge themselves.
