My name is Rebekah Mulford, I have been practicing yoga for almost 20 years.
In 2009 I completed my 200 hr RYT from Marianne Wells Yoga school and my prenatal training with Yogafit in 2011.
I currently have over 1500 hours of teaching logged. Through my love of yoga I hope to inspire those who attend class to be more creative, loving and open. To explore not only the physical side of yoga, but to experience all the benefits of a yoga practice.
I began my practice of yoga to relieve stress and improve my overall health. I have been practicing since 2009. I am certified as a Children’s Yoga Teacher through Childlight yoga.
I love introducing children to yoga and hearing the stories of how they apply the learned yoga techniques off the mat. I am currently pursuing a 200 hour yoga teacher training program. I am have my M.Ed. in reading education and love the find ways to integrate literacy and yoga.
Jamie first started practicing yoga several years ago as a way to clear her mind and ease her anxiety. About 2 years ago a friend introduced Jamie to hot power vinyasa yoga and she was instantly hooked. She loved how power yoga transformed her body physically but still gave her the mental and emotional peace she craved.
In the fall of 2013, she enrolled in teacher training as a way to deepen her practice. During that time, she discovered a deeper inner confidence, new mindful way of living and a passion to share yoga with others.
Jamie's sequences are full of movement and energy with an emphasis on self confidence and the mind body connection.

Danna took her first Yoga class in 2010 and began her road to self discovery. For her Yoga is not necessarily about the power of the physical movements, it’s more about finding and connecting with your authentic self. Through her Yoga practice Danna has been able to embrace a deeper sense of inner peace and harmony. Her personal philosophy is that yoga is for everybody. It’s not just for the young, athletic and super flexible. She loves working with beginners and strives to help them feel confident enough to embark on their own Yoga journey and is also very comfortable teaching to students looking for a challenge.
Her classes and events are a mix of asana, pranayama and meditation, combined with a little fun and sass.
With more than 1,000 teaching hours Danna is also a certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist and a certified Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. She has advanced studies in Yin Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, Reiki 2 and Medicinal Aromatherapy and will complete her RYT500 with focus on Yoga Therapeutics in December of 2019.

I began actively practicing yoga two years ago and quickly realized that I wanted to learn more, and that teaching was something I wanted to pursue. I graduated yoga teacher training in September 2019 through True Yoga LLC. What I most love about yoga is the accessibility it offers for all levels, and teaching others the importance of being good to the bodies we were given- mentally and physically. Aside from yoga, I enjoy crafting, reading, and a good cup of coffee. I look forward to every opportunity I have to share my love of yoga; it’s a joy and an honor.
