Rebekah Mulford

My name is Rebekah Mulford, I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years.
In 2009 I completed my 200 hr RYT from Marianne Wells Yoga school and my prenatal training with Yogafit in 2011.

I currently have over 2000 hours of teaching logged. Through my love of yoga I hope to inspire those who attend class to be more creative, loving and open. To explore not only the physical side of yoga, but to experience all the benefits of a yoga practice.

Danna Niessner

E-RYT200, AYS, YACEP

Danna took her first Yoga class in 2010 and began her road to self discovery. For her Yoga is not necessarily about the power of the physical movements, it’s more about finding and connecting with your authentic self. Through her Yoga practice Danna has been able to embrace a deeper sense of inner peace and harmony. Her personal philosophy is that yoga is for everybody. It’s not just for the young, athletic and super flexible. She loves working with beginners and strives to help them feel confident enough to embark on their own Yoga journey and is also very comfortable teaching to students looking for a challenge.

Her classes and events are a mix of asana, pranayama and meditation, combined with a little fun and sass.

With more than 1,000 teaching hours Danna is also a certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist and a certified Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. She has advanced studies in Yin Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, Reiki 2 and Medicinal Aromatherapy and will complete her RYT500 with focus on Yoga Therapeutics in December of 2019.

Nicole Buonocore

An avid proponent of health and fitness, Nicole stepped into her first barre class and fell in love with the combination of positive energy and the non-impact, full body workout. Nicole’s love for yoga began when she realized the mind/body connection the practice has to offer, as well as the improved flexibility and increased muscle strength. Wanting to bring her love for barre and yoga to others, Nicole completed Tulaa’s Barre Teacher Training in 2018 and completed True Yoga’s Yoga Teacher Training - RYT 200 in 2019. Nicole looks forward to bringing her passion to others and hopes to do so by bringing encouragement to all fitness levels and by motivating students to challenge themselves.
