During this special Pop Up series you'll learn (or re-visit) the fundamentals of Yoga & Meditation in a relaxed environment. You'll be guided safely and gently into each pose introducing

modifications to accommodate YOUR capabilities.

No crazy advanced postures, just the basic fundamentals of Yoga sprinkled with easy meditation.

Each class is 75 minutes long, offering time for Q&A after practice.
