Bee Relaxed is a slower-paced yoga class that combines elements of restorative and yin yoga. With a focus on the breath and taking time to slow down, it is a great option for anyone looking to unwind and let everything go. This is often recommended as a great class for beginners as well. This class is accessible for anyone regardless of fitness or experience level.




Bee Energized is a multi-level yoga class that combines elements of vinyasa and hatha yoga in a fun atmosphere. A flowing sequence of poses will focus on connecting movements to the breath in order to increase strength, energy and flexibility. This is the perfect class for everyone. Variations and modifications are a fundamental part of this class; it is a great option for beginners and experienced yogis alike.




Bee Balanced is a combination of the Bee Energized and Bee Relaxed classes. The class will integrate a gentle flow with restorative yoga.  This class is accessible for anyone regardless of fitness or experience level.



Bee Strong is a faster-paced vinyasa class offering more challenging asanas and transitions. The class will build heat and experiment with a deeper practice both physically and mentally.  Yoga postures and movement will be connected with the breath throughout this practice. This class is recommended for anyone looking to build strength and seeking a challenge in their yoga practice.



Bee Powerful is an energetic and challenging practice, which connects breath to movements. This class is taught in a heated room. Classes are based on Baron Baptiste power vinyasa tradition. The sequence will build heat, increase flexibility and strength, and lift your spirit. This class is perfect for anyone willing to sweat and be challenged in their yoga practice.



Fundamentals for BEEginners
Introductory level class appropriate for new students, those who do not have a consistent yoga practice, and seasoned practitioners who want to revisit foundations or enjoy a mellow practice.



**All classes are multi-level. Modifications and assists are always available.
