Great instructor!!! All levels are welcomed and encouraged! Yoga can be intimidating for those who are new and can be taken for granted for those who have practiced for a long time, but Rebekah welcomes and teaches all. Everyone is challenged and fulfilled in her class.

 My name is Rebekah Johnson, I have been

practicing yoga for 15 years.

In 2009 I completed my 200 hr RYT from

 Marianne Wells Yoga school 

and my prenatal training with Yogafit in 2011.

I currently have over 1500 hours of teaching logged

 

Through my love of yoga I hope to inspire those who attend class to be more creative, loving and open. To explore not only the physical side of yoga, but to experience all the benefits of a yoga practice.

 

 

Bee Inspired Yoga has been open since April 2012. I offer a variety of classes for all levels 
in a supportive coed space.

 

And a weekly outdoor class at Pratt Gardens in Sharptown (restarting in the spring)
 

~ vinyasa, yin, prenatal, hatha ~ 
ranging from restorative and relaxing to more powerful and challenging

Laurie McGuire
 

I began my practice of yoga to relieve stress and improve my overall health. I have been practicing since 2009. I am certified as a Children’s Yoga Teacher through Childlight yoga. I love introducing children to yoga and hearing the stories of how they apply the learned yoga techniques off the mat.  I am currently pursuing a 200 hour yoga teacher training program. I am have my M.Ed. in reading education and love the find ways to integrate literacy and yoga.



Jamie Olt

 

Jamie first started practicing yoga several years ago as a way to clear her mind and ease her anxiety.  About 2 years ago a friend introduced Jamie to hot power vinyasa yoga and she was instantly hooked.  She loved how power yoga transformed her body physically but still gave her the mental and emotional peace she craved. 

In the fall of 2013, she enrolled in teacher training as a way to deepen her practice.  During that time, she discovered a deeper inner confidence, new mindful way of living and a passion to share yoga with others. 

Jamie's sequences are full of movement and energy with an emphasis on self confidence and the mind body connection.  She strives to make her yoga classes accessible for everyone and wants her students leaving class feeling awesome.

 

 

Liz Owens 

 

Liz Owens has more than 20 years of experience teaching fitness classes at Lady Fitness in Woodstown and is certified by Fitour as a Group Fitness Instructor as well as CPR certified by  the International CPR Institute. Her belief is that maintaining a healthy work/life balance, along with proper nutrition is the foundation for a long, vibrant life and encourages people to be active daily, whether it be taking a yoga class, group fitness class or going for a run or walk.She tries to make her workouts fun, yet challenging and encourages people of all body types and fitness levels to attend her classes.She is a long time resident of Woodstown and in addition to her full time job as a Paralegal,she lovesspending time with family and friends.

Jenna’s yoga practice began in 2009 as a way to relieve stress in college. Yoga quickly turned into a passion fueled by its many benefits to mind and body. She completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Teacher Training at Laughing Buddha in 2014. Yoga has given Jenna confidence, courage, strength, and positivity . She hopes to pass these powerful gifts onto yogis of all shapes and sizes through her teaching. Come to her class ready to flow, breathe, laugh, and have fun!

Debbie Pettit is a successful fitness club owner/manager, group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and weight loss coach with 30+ years experience in the fitness industry.

Debbie is a nationally certified fitness professional focusing primarily on women's health and 
wellness who has helped numerous women throughout Salem and Gloucester County improve their quality of life during her career.
